3. Unscheduled day

Our lives go according to circadian rhythm (also known as biological clock), which is a regular cycle of alternating sleepiness and alertness. Every night, going to bed at a different time, we break this cycle, and it can cause depression and fatigue, it is good to get used to going to bed every night at the same time.
4. Don't eat breakfast

In the form of breakfast, food helps to start biological clock which is counted till the next rest. If a lot of time passes through waking and eating, then your body increases the level of stress hormone cortisol

5. Eat Sweet or Oily Food in Dinner


Contrary to popular belief, after having a great dinner, it is good to sleep if it is sweet, in fact it is not good. Eating before bed is not only harmful for your body, but also for your sleep. This is especially true for foods containing Glycemic index, which increases the level of cortisol in your body. This effect lasts for up to 5 hours, so you can be better off leaving the pizza, cake, and potatoes before bed and can replace them with light meats like yogurt or low fat meat.
